Grandma's House is a non profit charitable home and survives mainly from the abilities of our residents and the generous donations of individuals and families.

Adult Family Care Homes are facilities licensed by the State, and operate very much like an Assisted Living Facility but without the hospital like feel. We provide a 24 hour care for up to five residents that need assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication monitoring, and meal preparation without the intense care provided by a skilled nursing facility and with the love and care that would be impossible to provide in a larger facility.
Often when assisted living becomes necessary many individuals are resistant to the change in their lives no matter how obvious the need. Right along with the fear and anxiety of losing their home and current lifestyle comes your feelings of guilt of having to place a loved one in an institutionalized facility.
At Grandma's House, we strongly believe that once the transition has been made, most will agree that they have made the right decision, and notice that their loved one is able to maintain a quality of life that they would not have been able to achieve had they remained in their home alone.
